I'm down 2.8 pounds from last week. While it's nice to see that much come off, it's not all "real" though, as yesterday was a Jewish fast-day, so I'm sure I'm a bit behind on hydration, etc., this morning. Nevertheless, I'll take it (but expect that next week some of it will likely be back)!

I'm deferring my weigh-in to Saturday again due to sleep issues. Sleep was slightly improved this week, but still not good.

Down 2 lbs this week. Really a miracle in a way since it was the 4th holiday and it fell on a weekend and Monday was my birthday which I managed to manage. Twoderville is hopefully right around the corner. Came close this week at 300.8 but didn't hold it. 2 lbs is a respectable loss for sure.

I'm up #1.8 (details in the 10 pound challenge). I deserved it, and honestly, it's so much better than pre WW, I really can't be upset. I have every intention of losing the 1.8 (and hopefully a little more) this week! Onward!

I'm up 2 pounds, and like @linmueller, it is totally understood and deserved.
I'm a positive note, I just took a walk. That's my first deliberate exercise since I don't know when. More in 10 Pound Challenge and Six Month Goal thread.2
