Loved reading the NSVs. So much positivity.
Three yeses for me, yoga and two long dog walks.4 -
yes x 3I am doing my usual thing of getting to within a pound or two of my goal and then abandoning tracking.
So then I get up six or seven pounds and it takes a couple of months to whittle down again.
Weird how that is.
It seems like it only takes seconds to gain a few then it is like months to get down again.
A while ago I had the idea that I could shake it off quickly.
Settling in to a new reality.
After all of these years I am still kind of a binger. (sp?) binge-er, how do you spell that anyway?
Binge some food binge, binge some exercise. Alcohol more or less steady but it is a mess up.
