Pass #4 - no winners circle for me!
Exercise: yes, 10km walk along the beach.
Calories on budget: the hotel buffet breakfast ensured that this was a no!
Tracked: no
Tomorrow is usually my weigh in day, so it will not be very encouraging! But I planned to enjoy this weekend and celebrate, and I did. I accept it will take a few more weeks to reach my goal, but this experience was worth it.13 -
It was birthday weekend so I decided not to log. Don't think my eating was too bad and on Saturday we hiked and Sunday we rolled and did yoga. Monday is birthday so I won't log either but I'm at work so active and we are going swimming in the ocean after work then it is zoom Jiu Jitsu and yoga!
I'll be back on track with normal logging on Tuesday.16 -

Iโm a little behind - partly because I hate logging pass dayโs. 17th was a pass day, but only by one glass of wine (itโs always the wine!) and so was 18th - again not by much but wine was involved. Both days I did my usual yoga and lots of walking, tracked but went a little over, both days I ate out.
But....today I did not take a pass. Exercise, tracking and calories all good. And I took a look at the scale this morning, still going down in weight, albeit not super fast but Iโm really happy.12 -

Yes x 3 for me today, a good day. Had a lovely sunny hill walk in the morning by myself. Then cycled down to the beach to meet my sister and her family in the afternoon. Even said no to ice cream because I wasn't hungry - this isn't normal for me!11 -

Yes x 3 in spite of having an ice cream sundae for lunch...that's right...FOR lunch, not after lunch. In the summer, my husband and I do that once a month.9

Walk in the morning and decluttered my bookshelf in the afternoon. Made a homemade peanut butter cup dessert for the week but since I'm not drinking wine I have calories to spare9 -
Urgh 2nd pass day. Slightly over budget and didnโt workout. Had to work this weekend. Never good. Looking forward to a better week ahead ...10

I did rest today - lovely picture!
2nd pass day - over budget by about 60 cals (stress eating...which I usually don't do now) knocked...so I ate a few Hot Tamales cinnamon candy bites...but threw the rest away. I also bought some candy for my kids...but I could tell I was going to attack those...so threw them away too...kids won't miss what they don't know about...lol. Now I am going to do some body weight exercises if my foot says no to the treadmill. Might take the dog for a walk. PF in the foot is irritated today.
Side note! If you have a pizza craving - try the cauliflower pizza options... I love the "Open Nature Grilled Veggie" one.

40 minute vinyasa yoga, about 30 minutes cleaning
Felt much stronger during today's workout, and feeling like I had a pretty refreshing weekend. Hopefully going for a walk tomorrow. Now eating a small slice of cake & savoring every bite.

On track today. Ended up getting walk in early before the heat. My Sweetie walks early so was able to join him this morning. Not usually a morning person but the heat may start forcing me to be.11 -

Hubby cooked dinner and delicious it was then homemade cake was consumed....
Exercise yes 20 min quigong, 30 min housework, 120 min hiking along Angles Way at Oulton Broad UK, so sad to see it not very busy...

Happy Birthday @Dory_42! I always enjoy your posts, especially as your life is so different from mine! Even if we're on different halves of the world, we're roughly in the same time zone.
My life:
Calories: Yes, stayed under, even if the nutritional value was dreadful.
Exercise: Yes, just, 20 minutes walking in the heat.
Tracking: Yes, logged everything.
