We all have times when we are in a slump. Being on the UAC team is a great way to push on through. Here are a few more thoughts on getting out of a slump:
Have One Goal. Whenever I've been in a slump, I've discovered that it's often because I have too much going on in my life. ...
Find inspiration. ...
Get excited. ...
Build anticipation. ...
Post your goal. ...
Commit publicly. ...
Think about it daily. ...
Get support.

Still not logging food but much better choices today. I feel like I have been functioning on sugar for the birthday celebrations. Not perfect today but better.
Exercise was officially a good session of Jiu Jitsu and yoga, but work day also included two wresting sessions with my large python and unloading 1 tonne of fish. Another wresting session and another fish delivery tomorrow... Oh well, zookeepers don't need a gym to do strength training!8 -
Starting weight 148
Exercise - 75 minutes of biking
Food - not logging food, but eating healthy6 -

@Dory_42 i do look forward to your posts, wrestling with a python?! The most I’ve wrestled today with is a large pile of ironing.
Three yeses from me. Exercise still yoga and walking but I appear to have injured my right calf, probably overuse after my two little runs last week and my epic walk across London yesterday. So not so much walking today. Hope it’s better soon, injuries are the pits when you want to be out there and active!
And @RangerRickL i love your point about the slumps. This group has really helped me keep going forwards a couple of times when I’ve fallen into a slump. And they have just turned out to be dips in the road which I’m still so pleased to be on.9 -

Did I exercise for at least 20 minutes? Yes, 47 minutes C25K training. Didn't feel like putting in the effort today, but...laced up the shoes and got out there. Ended up being the longest, easiest run I've had in months!
Did I stay within my calorie budget for the day? Yes
Did I keep track of everything I ate and drank? Yes8 -
Logged and Under? Yes.
Exercise? Yes, a 60 minute walk. My running shoes, that I bought new when I restarted this journey on April 1st, have finally given up the ghost. I had to order a new pair today! It's great that I used them that often and that consistently, but not great that they are so expensive!!7 -

Made up for yesterday without feeling any heavy guilt, or the urge to give up & keep self sabotaging! High protein, low sugar, within calories. I've also dropped another 2lbs this week, so now I went from 150lb to 144lb, can't wait to see 139lb! Time for bedtime stretches now.8 -
Yes, yes & yes.
Loving this challenge group and the daily quips.
Btw, we are 2/3 through the month...we can do this everyone! We're on the downswing now!8 -
Did I exercise for at least 20 minutes? Two outdoor walks - pre-supper ~25 minutes plus evening with DH ~45 or 50 minutes. We saw many rabbits on the outward leg and lotsa fireflies when inward bound.
Did I stay within my calorie budget for the day? Well under
Did I keep track of everything I ate and drank? Yes
Days goals met: 19
Pass days used: 2 (1 unexpected; 1 chosen early in the day)
It's not that my office volume is getting lower ... but late hours are getting much shorter as I start to get a handle on a workable process.

Today was a fun day with the youngest grandchild, Phoebe. She is 11 and chose to stay with us for one week. I gave her another horse back riding lesson today. She did great.
Exercise: more than a hour working with the horse and Phoebe, plus more than 30 minutes of active stretching.
BTW: @Bill70sStrong I really like your summer photo!!7
