Three yesses for me, but only just! Got caught a bit in a hungry -> eat -> need to exercise more to earn calories back -> hungry again cycle... Not great, but at least I recognised it and am aiming to get back into a more sensible routine for the rest of the week. I did have a nice walk with a friend.5

Exercise: Disinfecting the public areas of my workplace due to the virus, plus slow walking over an 8-hour period. Only logged about a third because of I'm not sure about the calorie burn.

@Chinkiri glad you like the pics, it was a strange place on Monday - more construction workers than office workers. I don’t know when we’ll get back to the office as public transport means we’re all too cosy with one another!

I didn't track at all. We were at my parents house having a short beach holiday and so I took the day off. I weighed this morning and have stayed the same though so don't seem to have done damage2 -
