After posting yesterday that I met the 3 challenges, I ended up having a midnight snack that put me over. So I must retract my entry yesterday, and sadly that makes it my 4th pass day. Today I failed again on the daily challenges; so am taking a 5th pass day for July 27. That's okay, I'll get back on the program tomorrow.
To borrow a line from BMcC9: "I am Out of the circle, but planning to finish strong ... 'in training' for the August Circle!"3 -
Did I exercise for at least 20 minutes? Yes - more than 50 minutes exergame (brisk walking on mini-trampoline) plus ~30+ minutes up to the store and back more than 9800 steps all-told today, and not quite at 9:30 pm yet.
Did I stay within my calorie budget for the day? Yes - fitbit and MFP post-evening snack are dead even ... and fitbit will be crediting me a bit more (just for breathing) between now and midnight
Did I keep track of everything I ate and drank? Yes - probably even slightly overestimated.
Out of the July Circle, but ending strong and 'in training' for the August circle.

Another pass day today. So I don’t qualify for the winner’s circle. But I’ll try harder in August. Didn’t track food today. Some unhealthy choices. But did good on workout. Walked in the park with my toddler for 45 mins in evening and also 30 min Zumba class.4

But my food 😳 not sure what is going on with me. I overate by the most calories in almost 5 years, I think. Over by 982 calories... I knew it was happening as I tracked real-time.
Usually I can figure out why & halt this.
I think it might be a combo of a tremendous increase in my daily exercise & a triggered addictive reaction to the refined carbs/sugars I ate during colon prep & more recently to eat more low fiber.
But dr’s appt today showed everything is great physically. I do need to hold fiber down, and watch protein numbers.
There are 4 days left in July. This is my 3rd pass day. I WILL be in the Winners Circle.
I have planned out my meals for tomorrow.
I’m setting up 3 enticing rewards (Which I hardly ever do) to get my former good eating habits back in place. It takes me 3 days of going cold turkey for my appetite to become manageable again.
Day 1...7/28: A fancy bottle of colored ink I’ve been eyeing for months!
Day 2...7/29:

Exercise: Yes, 30 minutes walking. It's hot and walking is not exactly a pleasure. There are almost no exercise classes in my local club because of holidays. The French take their holidays seriously, even, or especially, as we've been locked down for so long. I will have to get myself into the swimming pool every day from now!
Calories: Yes, stayed under. I have got myself into a kind of 'grazing' pattern. I don't feel like cooking, as the kitchen is pretty hot, my appetite has gone strange, like I don't feel like eating half the time but suddenly feel ravenous. I look in my fridge and don't fancy any of it. Not sure what to do about it.
Tracking: Yes. My appetite being unpredictable, I cannot rely on planning or pre-planning, so logging has become erratic.
On the positive side: my local cafe/ bistro has started little concerts. I went to a piano recital last night, everyone masked and at a distance. Was great, another one tonight!3 -

3.5 mile walk/run with dog. I'm up to 9 minutes of running, with less pain thanks to pre and post stretching. And I switched out my post run baguette and cheese lunch for a small potato egg frittata, which is the same calorie wise, but keeps me full.
I'm definitely out of the winner's circle this month, but hoping to use what I learned this month, to take a shot at next month.4 -
