    Exercise: lots of time doing chores at the barn and then working with the horses. Rode for an hour of fun!
    Calories: well under my limit
    Tracking: good

    Yes x3. Many hours of disinfecting the public areas of my workplace due to the virus, plus walking over 8 hours. Stayed under budget and tracked.

    I'm a no on calories today and that puts me out of the circle.
    I did exercise and track every morsel...but I forgot about entering one thing...and then...it was too late! ;D

    Scale was back to regular this AM- will see what it is tomorrow.

    Extending rewards through tomorrow as we are going in an all day outing. Have weighed & packed foods for the day, so BBC all *should* be ok!!
