    Up 1.6# . About what we'd figured our scale was above the WW scale. We're not going in today. Really not the same, without the face to face encounters.

    I'm up 0.2 pounds. I'm calling this week a "consolidation" week. I was lower for more of this week than I was last week, but just didn't make the extra few tenths of a pound to be lower this Friday than last! More in the 10 pound challenge thread.

    Down 3.4 lbs but was way up last week so still not back where I was 2 weeks ago.

    Hi All! Sorry I've been MIA.

    I'm up 5 pounds since my last check-in here. No surprise as I've been eating everything in sight.

    I’m down 1.8 from last week. Pretty pleased with the work I’m doing in the strength and conditioning and the nutrition side of things. I added cottage cheese and egg whites to my arsenal this week and recently found out about Kashi Go Rise cereal which looks like another good addition to the routine. Had a binge day last night. Calories were in check but high on fats and alcohol, so saw a little uptick. Goal this week is to hit 200 on the scale by next Saturday.
