I have technically two pass days for Saturday and Sunday, but I'm very much going to be on track. We decided to do a last minute getaway to a friend's cabin in a remote wooded area. Brought healthy food, will do alot of walking, etc. I might not be logged in everyday but really wanted to read NSV from yesterday. So wonderful to read!8

I’m back after two weeks of holiday, had a wonderful time (though sometimes stressful due to our plans continually changing with COVID related events!). And it’s lovely to be back in the UAC swing of things today, I’ve missed it though did enjoy the bread / cheese / wine in France! Maybe a little too much....

Lol - I did that last week also. This group challenge really does help us to stick to our plan. I was so determined to answer yes for the day, that I skipped supper. Congrats to you for staying within your calorie goal!3 -
Yes, yes & yes for me today. I was able to spend a couple of hours in the pool today so I burned a large amount of calories -- and I managed not to eat any back.6

Pass Day #2 - Celebrated my niece's 21st birthday.... enough said! lol4

Pass day 3...I think....will confirm later. Bummed - but still making progress...so moving on.
So - I'm at a newest low point since 7.5 yrs ago. There has been much that contributed to my not focusing on health...but that is not as important as moving forward. Recognizing the pattern is important though. I've been tempted in the past after a nice loss...to stop working out as much... stop tracking my food...let the stressors of the day - get in the way of better choices. Tonight, I didn't have anymore calories and was able to get my kiddo something to snack on ...without feeling deprived. I was happy knowing that I had (at that point) stayed in my calorie goal. Now, later... I was truly feeling starved. So - had a few nuts and that put me over. I'm not ok with snacking aimlessly...but this was a wise choice.
So - ...officially -
No - over on calories...
Yes - exercised...but much lighter than yday.
Yes - tracked every little nibble...5 -
