    1) 3,5 hrs of hiking
    2) ✔ (MFP says I must have burned double as much during the hike; so in case my estimate for food is under, it evens out 😎)
    3) Deficit: about 300 cal. Last "meal" (🍦): 9:30.
    5) Sleep: about 7h.

    Lol - I did that last week also. This group challenge really does help us to stick to our plan. I was so determined to answer yes for the day, that I skipped supper. Congrats to you for staying within your calorie goal!
