Exercise actively at least 20 minutes every day; eat only your budgeted calories every day; and track your caloric food and caloric beverages every day for the entire month. Report in to the group once per day or no less than once every 3 days. If you fulfill those goals, you will be included in the monthly Winner's Circle. This is a coveted achievement to those who seek a better life of thoughtful healthy habits.
A day in which you 'miss' the targeted rules is a Pass Day. You are allowed 3 Pass Days per month and still qualify for the Winner's Circle
This challenge is open to anyone until the 7th of the month. After that, you may want to wait until the next month's challenge begins to join.
