Last night, I posted on the MFP Challenge Board. During the last week of each month, I post an invitation for others to join us here as UAC team members.

Did I stay within my calorie budget for the day? Yes, but it is still quite difficult to balance my macros as a vegan because I'm not a big protein eater. Today, I had two vegan shakes and lots of tofu. I'm stuffed.

I count about 3 hours of exercise since I have no idea what kind of calories I'm really burning (I'm doing something because it wipes me out).

I had a nice long walk for about an hour. Weather is gorgeous this week π I logged all my food/drink and was under calorie count for the day.

Struggled to get myself started on the lifting, since I was tired and had another rough day. Yet, I did it!!! Had also a short run - time is a really nice number π. Also fun to see the 0 cal left.4 -
Yes to all three, got up and swam for an hour before work which was amazingly fun and I wish I could do it every morning (pool doesn't open early enough Mon/ Tue and Fri). Getting another early night but sleep is still my biggest challenge this month.3
