Struggled to get myself started on the lifting, since I was tired and had another rough day. Yet, I did it!!! Had also a short run - time is a really nice number 😂. Also fun to see the 0 cal left.4 -
Yes to all three, got up and swam for an hour before work which was amazingly fun and I wish I could do it every morning (pool doesn't open early enough Mon/ Tue and Fri). Getting another early night but sleep is still my biggest challenge this month.3
