Honestly, I am pretty borderline on 2 and 3, but I worked my butt off in the evening, to even out the cookies, frappe and biscuits. So I'll 👍 the 1) and not use another pass. 🙈 If it's not fair play, I'll take it (the pass). Honestly, I kinda feel defeated... this time for real.
On a good note, I wall sat for 8 straight minutes 🧐😀. And slept a lot, did anyone notice? 🧚♀️8 -

Today on a visit to family I convinced my nephew to get off his iPad (sigh) and join me outside! We got very involved with observing bees.
I stayed under on calories though not by as large of a margin as most days. However I'm still in it!9 -

But the major achievement is finally mastering sourdough baking 😁 by producing my first decent boule.10 -
Summer Saturdays at our farm in August. The grass has gone dormant. The forest has lots of dead fall branches and trees. Today, was the second Saturday of tree and limb cutting; hauling some for fire wood and some to the burn pile; and lots of lifting and carrying. It's mighty easy to burn lots of calories. Not easy to have any actual measurement of calories burned. No worries. Over 3 hours of outdoor exercise

Yes, yes & yes for me today! I tried deep water running today. I thought I would do 5 minutes total in 1 minute intervals. Ha! I did 2 1-min intervals and then 2 0.75-min intervals... Couldn't even muster up the energy to finish the last 1.5 minutes lol. The rest of the exercises today were just light to moderate. But I definitely got the endorphins going with those 3.5 minutes of vigorous exercise! A new goal to meet10 -
