I'm down another 0.8 pounds. Slow and steady indeed! Just another 1.2 pounds to go until I hit my personal target weight. I'm 15+ pounds under my official WW goal weight.

Up 2.6 lbs this week. 30th Wedding Anniversary last evening. Yes I splurged and blew it. Was it planned? Yes Regrets? No.
It wasn't just that meal we all know that. So moving forward and getting back on track is the weeks focus.
