If you are new and want to join in, by all means, please do - we love to celebrate those losses with you! This is the standard format we try to use for these threads:
Name: (if you'd like to share)
My Numbers:
SW: Starting weight before you lost anything.
CW: Current weight at the beginning of the challenge.
GW: Goal weight for the month (what you would like to weigh at the end of the monthly challenge) Try to keep it realistic and SAFE!
LTGW: Lifetime goal weight ( What you would like to weigh at the end of your weight loss journey)
Weigh-ins: What days you will weigh-in; for example, Fridays
8/7/20 = (Fill out after each weigh-in.)
8/14/20 =
8/21/20 =
8/28/20 =
8/31/20= (final weigh in for the month)
Total WL/G for the month= total weight lost or gained for the month

Hey guys long time no see! I'm so impressed with everyone's good work with everything that's been going on! So last year was great for me. I lost about 42lbs but in November something weird happened. I currently have a condition where if I exert any physical energy I break out in full body hives that are unspeakably itchy and last around 40 minutes. This flares up from anything such as vacuum cleaning, doing the dishwasher, taking bins out etc. so my exercise has completely stopped to minimize the impact on my days -_- I'm told I need a face to face appointment with a dermatologist as they can't seem to find out how to help but they've not been running these due to Covid. I've gained back most of what I lost and feel really miserable about it. I want to make an effort to at least eat better than I have been during lockdown even if I can't exercise at the moment. I don't have anyone that really understands this stuff or to talk to about it so it's good to be back among such a lovely and supportive group. Here's to a good September! ^_^2
