When I started my journey I was out of shape. I had to break up my exercise time. I would march in place while doing dishes or during a commercial break. I found those mini sessions added up.5 -

Suzy is right, it is hard to get started with exercise, being creative and starting slowly is what I believe works best. Once you get used to it things come easier.

Excellent tip! Thank you. I can do these things while standing at my desk on conf calls, slower times during the day, etc.4 -
