We were short handed at work today, so I was behind beds for 429 minutes. Whew! Tracked everything, will be way under today on calories. Knocked out 13,103 steps and my feet are feeling it! Have the next six days off. Much needed rest.
If that's more steps than usual then I would certainly count it as exercise. The point of the exercise is to be active and you can count things like gardening and cleaning if it's more than usual.

I used my first pass today. I did get my exercise in, but was so caught up with work did not track very well and know I am over my calorie goal. That darn Ben and Jerry's got the better of me!6 -

Boot camp, two dog walks, and tracked it all. Prepping for an insanely hot weekend. Early morning workouts and walks and hibernation during the day.3 -
Yes X 3, but barely. Very challenging week. Classes started up - totally online. I am not used to sitting at a desk staring at and talking to a screen all day. My students are not prepared for online learning. Teaching used to be so much fun, but this is hellish.
