An awesome forest walk with my friend after some early morning rehab then my dog’s stunt double came to visit (my friend’s dog is so like a younger version of mine that we dubbed him the stunt double).
Reasonable food choices (the treats were logged and fit within budget so all good).
Not only are we still in lockdown, and have load shedding (which means our electricity is turned off for periods every day) but now we have no water due to faulty pumps so the reservoirs have run dry. Our dams are low but this isn’t caused by that, just bad management on the infrastructure. I guess it’s just a reminder that we do actually live in Africa! Beach hike tomorrow so I’ll get to swim in the ocean!

I had a migraine and didn't feel well, so my calories ended up way under8 -
Was so busy today I forgot to have lunch, so my calories were way below. No exercise though, so pass day no 3. This should get easier once I've finished quarantining and am allowed to go outside again; I miss walking!

I did not want to get out in the heat and walk, nor put in my Richard Simmons Sweating to the Oldies tape, so I got creative. I started my timer for 20 minutes- started laundry and unpacked.. taking everything individually in different loads. Then I walked around the house and did various exercises in place until my timer went off.
Little thing.. yet I fee accomplished!9 -

I actually had Covid and was on quarantine and lock down, but I was told I could walk outside as long as I was totally by myself, once I got over the illness and went 3 days without fever on meds. I was still in quarantine the 14 days.8 -

Yesx3 days past two days and today. Exercise has been walking outside and chasing my toddler for around two hours all days. Had used a pass day on fri. So only 2 pass days left. Got my husband to get out with me and my toddler ...for the first time in ever. So that’s a win! I’ve been doing better with healthier food stocked up in the fridge. Hope to stick to it.12

I've noticed how many days I've been doing the absolute bare minimum on exercise, but it's still progress! I'm trying to push myself to exercise each day because 20 minutes isn't that long. I hope to get in a better exercise mood soon!6 -
