I've noticed how many days I've been doing the absolute bare minimum on exercise, but it's still progress! I'm trying to push myself to exercise each day because 20 minutes isn't that long. I hope to get in a better exercise mood soon!6 -

Kitty is doing well. Been feeding her every couple of hours and I feel like a new parent, lol.

Considering this a pass day. (1 of 3 for September) yes to tracking, yes to under calorie, but really tired today...so rested...and stocked up on all of the healthy foods that we need for a couple of weeks. Didn't really exercise...so - looking forward to getting back into my normal routine this week. I'm thinking I need to have all of my hormone levels checked...weight loss seems toooo slow...but ....onward!5

Oh, I forgot to share my animal story from the day. No work so this one is not my usual crowd. On our forest walk as we cane round a corner a big baboon was crossing the path ahead. We all froze (him as well as my friends and I) and stared at each other for a moment before he carried on into the bushes. We waited a bit longer and then carefully walked on. We heard him call nearby a couple of times and then heard two males arguing further away as we kept walking. A cyclist who passed us said the baboons are scared of people but I was still cautious. If we had come out closer to him, he might have felt much more threatened. It all worked out so it is a pretty cool story now.7

I actually had Covid and was on quarantine and lock down, but I was told I could walk outside as long as I was totally by myself, once I got over the illness and went 3 days without fever on meds. I was still in quarantine the 14 days.
I am quarantining as a requirement after returning to UK from travelling to a country not deemed safe (Sweden), and the guidelines are really strict in that you are not allowed to leave your own private property for any reason. Also, I live in central London so going outside and keeping totally to myself is nearly impossible 😕
