Feel as if things are getting a little out of control here - I'm not getting enough sleep (staying up too late) which means I'm not getting up in time to have a proper breakfast, and things just spiral from there. Today I had neither breakfast nor lunch, just some snacks (nuts and a few pieces of chocolate) throughout the day, and started feeling jittery and unfocused by mid afternoon. No wonder.
So it's a no to exercise, no tracking, and calories I don't know but suspect they are probably under as I ate so little. I did however pull myself together in the evening and cooked proper dinner (veggie chilli and rice) and I have prepared my overnight oats for the morning. Time to be a grown-up again!12 -

Chopped up some carrots and celery to accompany tonight's dinner and chopped extra for the fridge. I read a tip about submerging them in water to keep them moist. So I just put cut up pieces in a Tupperware and then fill 3/4 with water. I also have some premade yogurt dip so it's easy to take out for a snack later this week!8 -

My lumbar spine pain has returned, but it doesn't interfere with walking. It sure does interfere with riding and working with horses. It's been almost 2 weeks since I could ride a horse.
Exercise: 29 minutes of walking plus active stretches
Calories: a small margin under my limit.
