Yes for all three. I've lost 7 pounds so far. Cravings are getting a little worse but I'm glad I've stuck with it so far. Thanks all!7

Yes x 3. Came in under, logged it all and did more housecleaning for 30 minutes,
I can see that I’m going to have to clean out my weight room and get my VR headset charged again. Been on vacation since 3:30 pm last Friday, and I’ve basically been a slug, except for cleaning out our rooms that we crammed full of the stuff that was on the floor to be replaced, so going to have to go reset my goals...
That is the ONLY drawback to leaving this job, but hey! I love my VR workouts, soooo...6 -
Did I exercise for at least 20 minutes? yes... hours and hours of slow walking and disinfecting the public areas of my workplace due to the virus, plus 90 minutes working on my yard at home, plus cleaned out my enclosed porch.

@RangerRickL so sorry your back pain has reappeared. Hope you get some relief soon.
@josefinejem Sounds like you're thinking your way through your problem -- making the overnight oats ahead of time is a smart move. I've been in maintenance since last November. I would put food prep at the top of the list to keep my weight and health under control.
@heidipatterson100 and @keith250in2021 Congrats on the weight lost! Doing great!3 -

Today we did an 8 km hike near the local lighthouse. We ended up walking more than we planned but it was beautiful and I got a swim in the rock pools where my baby elephant seal who I looked after last year learnt to swim. Ate well and tracked all my food under budget. Logging in this morning because I had a theology course at church last night. It was awesome to be doing it together again after working through so much on our own in lockdown but I’m out of practice for concentrating in the evening so it was exhausting to get home at 9pm.6

I'm also on four pass days, but going to keep going! It's the consistency and routine and not giving up that matters (or so I'm told 😁) - let's prove to ourselves that we can.

Tracked all
Under by 408 cals ❣️
Yoga 50 mins & vigorous mopping for 30 mins - couldn’t believe how high my heart rate got with the latter! Haha
@RangerRickL Sorry you are dealing with that & glad you can walk comfortably. Sending healing wishes. 💞2 -

A trick I learned in WW was to eat a dill/sour pickle when cravings got to be too much. Something about the vinegar wipes the mouth cravimg away. Congratulations on your loss. It's a great motivator.3
