Exercise 52 strength training 💪🏻
“In the groove” - I think my new daily mindfulness, creativity, and yoga/strength training is making a HUGE difference in my peaceful & contented mental state. Funny that I resisted these for so long.
My more centered self is now eating less. I seem more in tune with my actual hunger (or lack thereof) signals.
Not ready to try intuitive eating, but if this becomes my new normal over the next year, I might give it a try!
Also, I hated yoga. What a surprise to see what my 2-year maintenance body can do With yoga (having just walked 10K per day) NOW vs. even a year ago. (I think the added strength from walking made Me able to do things I couldn’t before which led to more strength & range of motion.) also I know we are our most limber in hot weather so that may be it! LOL
