A quiet day which included coffee with a friend and watching series. I did get in some rehab and yoga. All food logged and within my budget for the day even though there were treats involved.8

Yes x 3!
While I thought I had moved my last bed a week ago, I found myself moving another one today. All the good a 7 day break did me physically was undone in one transport, further solidifying I made the right decision to retire.
Even though retirement stress is good stress? It still affects my appetite, so I haven’t been hungry much. I managed to come close to 1200, today.
This is going to be one of those major life transitions, so I expect appetite fluctuations, and am planning accordingly.
Wishing everyone a great weekend ❣️7 -
Yes x 3 today
Exercise was a 3 mile run and some yoga
I feel like my body has finally accepted its daily fate of fewer calories and zero junk food. I no longer have cravings or any serious hunger. It is all more of a routine now that I just do without thinking about. Kinda nice! I am so glad to be a part of this group. I would never have found the willpower on my own to get to this level.7 -
Did I exercise for at least 20 minutes? Yes, 80 minutes marathon training in the morning on the trails, and 65 minutes marathon training in the afternoon, again in my happy place on the trails.

MFP wouldn't let me access our group the last 2 days. Ranger Rick has also not been able to. Anyone else been having issues??
My fitness center and my Pilates studio have both reopened, with restrictions of course, but I'm looking forward to getting back to some in person classes.

Well its Friday night and this is the first time in 3 days that I have been able to break through the MFP obstacles.
I know a lot of you have been, and may be, experiencing the same frustration with MFP.
Hopefully, they are back on track.

@juliemouse83 I know you have been overworked and underappreciated. Have you decided to retire for every, or until a more fitting change of life/work becomes available?
Due to the virus, I've retired myself from the boss role and now I'm happily working part-time in support of the younger ones in my firm.

Hi, Rick!
I’ve got a lead on a part time position working with remote learning at a local non-profit. If I get it? Great! If I don’t? That’s okay, too. I have a small business that I had to shutter temporarily due to a blown water heater and subsequent subfloor damage in January, and thanks to the virus it took seven months to get the floors replaced. I’m going to do a grand reopening within the month, so either way, I will, have something to do.
Thank you for asking!
Just one work Monday left!8 -
