It lies, my trend is down but Monday to Monday weigh is the same.
Also to comments in the last thread re: kilograms. So I'm English, so lbs is completely foreign to me but I'm used to stones. Personally I think in kg and whenever someone says stone I can mentally do that conversion in my head (10 stone ~ 63kg), but for pounds I have to look it up every time. I have a vague idea as to what is a big number, and what is a small number, but if I'm talking about something specific I convert it to kg so I know what I'm talking about.1 -
SW=210.4
GW=190 (best for maintenance)
LW= 205.4
CW=205.0

Had a UI infection about 3 weeks ago, but I think I'm ready to start working out regularly again this week.

I'm English too, I always used Stone previously but as noone else knew what I was talking about I switched to KG, then I realised most people here were using pounds so for spreadsheet it was easier to use pounds. I now measure in KG as the number doesn't look as daunting for loss.
Easy conversion for all:
1lb = 0.45KG
1KG = 2.2lbs
1 Stone = 14lbs (Example 10st 9 would be 149lbs)3 -
I'm English but I weigh in stones and convert to pounds. I have no idea when it comes to kilogrammes1

Didn't bother recording last week's weigh in here as due to a minor bike accident I was quite battered and bruised, still a little black and blue from the waist down but mostly painless now, so hoping next week there'll be a little drop.1 -

Oh gosh, I did not see this, I hope you are doing alright lady...eeep!
Back into the gym routine, body seems to be conditioned to the commute plus the exercise now....(or it might be an up week, there is the up then the down, then the up, then the down, bleurgh!)
Weight seems to be steady or at least slightly up as recovering from heavy lifting again means water weight retention/gain...also on potassium and creatine supplementation. There will defo be a drop again tomorrow, can feel it coming...have been hungry as...

My goal weight for 1/1/2021 is 145lbs (also a healthy BMI for me).
After a tooth issue and stopping my bingeing, I'm doing better with my weight loss. I'm going on another run today too! My goal is to be at 150 or less by Oct 1st!0 -
Well, not sure where the post went two weeks ago and last week, but did them on my phone......so not doing that again. Here on laptop and will from now on.
Started a new job last Monday and went biking every morning at least 8 miles, 50 pushups and 50 situps etc.
Feeling great but not the weight impact I was hoping for.

Sept 30 2020 Goal: < 183 (my 1990 Marriage weight)
Dec 31 2020 Goal: 175 lbs. BMI 25 (a little insane for my body type but its a great body % fat goal)
