Not proud of the above, and it's all falling on the exercise bit - I've tracked every day and calorie wise I'm more or less ok. As of tomorrow I'm allowed to go outside again after my 14 day quarantine, so can start getting some walking in - hoping that will help!10 -
@josefinejem you should be proud of logging on and owning it though. Go you still being here and trying to make the next day better.

I ate some chocolate in the car and didn't log it until too late for me to keep the calories down . I'm over on calories even if I did track everything (in the end) and it was an active day.7 -
Never much of a dancer, but I love Zumba, which sad to say, I haven't done in a while.

I somehow managed to stay well under my calorie limit despite a road trip and and visiting family. I feel so much better for not stuffing myself as I usually would.
Exercise was a 25 min bike ride and some yoga.7 -
No to exercise and yes to the last two! My last pass, hopefully I get on it! Today was my bday so I enjoyed it and tried not to worry about if I did amazing today or not.5

Today was one of those rare days in which I did not eat much food.
Calories: big margin below my limit
Exercise: 22 minutes of active stretching followed by 45 minutes of walking through the woods and fields of the farm.
