We meet here to explore, share, celebrate and (sometimes) agonize over how we do (or don't) incorporate weight loss guidelines into our daily lives. "It's a lifestyle, not a diet" is easily and often said, but sometimes not so simply put into practice.

What's your favorite meal? Not necessarily the lowest WW point or kcal or healthiest meal. Just your favorite meal(s)

    Mine and DW's would be Prime Rib (or) beef steak, baked potato (loaded) with salad and some sorta dessert.

    2nd but right up there with it is country low boil shrimp, red potatoes, corn, turkey kielbasa sausage. Homemade good.

    Sautéed sea scallops w/maple syrup., fresh baked bread, Filet Mignon, baked potato w/butter, Greek side salad, finished with some sort if ice cream, or frozen pie dessert. Of course some beer or wine.

    Wow, that's a tough question...they're all favorites at some level!

    Right now one of my favorites is blackened salmon on a salad. I'm also a surprising fan of beyond burgers right now. They are really good!

    I'm a big fan of roasts, especially beef pot roast with roasted vegetables and homemade rolls. For lighter fare, I like seared white fish with an interesting veggie sauce or relish.

    I think smoked chicken, mashed or roasted potatoes, roasted veggies (zucchini, red pepper, onion, asparagus, yellow squash, mushrooms).

    Or lasagna with an Italian side salad, & vinegarette.

    Dessert, chocolate, rich, but not too sweet. And a good cherry port.
