 I’m here too. Kinda in limbo. I exercise a lot, then ruin it with poor food choices. My mom is in home hospice and I spend a lot of time with her. I just need to stop using her situation as an excuse to eat junk.
 This is me, ugh. I have been getting up at 430am to workout, did it today, and now im like OOOH payday, that means dounuts in the lounge (trying to resist) and maybe I should walk to the highschool for a latte, ugh.4

            NSV- I procrastinated getting coffee and a dounut, and now the coffee place is closed, and I stopped to maybe grab a dounut for later and all that was left was Chocolate, and cream filled, BLECK, so yay. Hahaha3

            For those of you NOT on my friend's list to see my feed:
 I have REALLY been struggling with eating out too much...little things here not listed...it's so easy to let it get away...and all the extra money wasted on having things delivered...this week my neighbor and good friend and I decided we're going to see how long we can go without eating out. For myself, I'm also reigning in the calories...I'm so proud to say this is day three and today I went to the grocery...AND passed up the opportunity to eat out, get 50 cent dbl cheeseburgers at McDonald's, which I love...and I cooked and stayed a hundred calories under. Hope I can do this for a month...just to get motivated and stick with it. I've got to get this weight off. Also, I want to learn to be as excited to lose as I am to eat out...
 Having said these SAME things numerous times...all I can do is try and take each day at a time...THE STRUGGLE IS REAL!!!!!!!!!!

            Last time I weighed in I said I weighed in on the sat evening at 188.5 after a dinner too. The next morning I weighed in at 186 after per before breakfast. I knew it would be lower but that's cray cray. I'll still take it. You can keep it like that or change if you want.

            I have tried getting up early for a walk during my holiday but only managed it twice so far,must be the wine & ouzo I drank the night before 🤣 I have enjoyed swimming in the beautiful Aegean sea every day though.
