Yesterday was another pass , but THIS time it wasn't due to lack of exercise .. (I began the catch-up on 7 missed days of exergaming, and hadn't been recording whether other walking had happened or not)
An intentional pass consuming half of the over-sized chocolate-fudge brownie I brought home from the "first Baby-shower of the next generation" I attended on Sunday (my BFF is the grandma-to-be ... )
I am leaving it at "4+" Passes used.2 -

My phone crashed when I tried to post last night so let’s try again.
Great day after my pass day weekend. Rehab exercises in the morning, chores, two hour hike with friends where all the proteas were flowering and a session of Jiu Jitsu with our brown belt. Just the two of us so I got smashed. I came in way under on calories as I got home too late to even think about cooking. All food logged and good choices made.
