I’m logging in early as I’m taking another pass day. We did a picnic lunch so I have no idea how to log it and I’m already over pass days. I are reasonably and has a great walk with a few swims at enticing looking gully’s. the bay we picniced at had a beautiful large sheltered area so I swam all the way across it and back before anyone else joined me in the water.
Taking a nice quiet afternoon now.

Wow @Dory_42 what a perfect sounding day and a beautiful bay.
Only two yeses from me today but still feeling all sorts of proud of myself for getting back into this..I only managed 10 minutes on my static bike today but my legs feel like lead so I think resting them is my only option, they got too tired last night and my knee gave way again and I really can’t afford to make it worse!4 -

After yesterday being a day full of activity and lots of food (but still under due to exercise calories), today was a day with much less food, no wine, no chocolate, and just 25 minutes of exercise. But it was my first bodyweight workout in weeks-- so it was nice to do something strength-based instead of just a long walk.2 -
Did I exercise for at least 20 minutes? yes, hours of disinfecting the public areas of my workplace due to the virus, plus walking, plus carrying some boxes of supplies for myself (which I don't need to carry, but did for upper body exercise)
