I did not take this incredible picture, but I did take photos of the Lower Falls of the Yellowstone River in Yellowstone Park. This falls is 308 feet in height. It's the tallest falls in the entire park.

Taking another pass day. Truthfully I’m just lazy to log but my food choices aren’t too bad and I know they will be around budget.
However, nothing I consider exercise today. I tweaked my back and want to rest it today and then I’ll do yoga over the weekend so I’m ready for the new week. I did however close all my Apple rings thanks to a usual day at work (which also proves my back isn’t that bad). I’m on track for a September of all rings closed!
Nothing really exciting at work today and it’s windy so no photos, plus I’m out of sorts thanks to my back. Gonna go lie down with my heat pack now.7 -
Hanging on by the skin of my teeth...but I'm within cal range by 4 little calories...and I counted a little extra just to be sure. Exercise was walking this morning - lovely temp...and will try to take the doggos out walking later.7

Exercise: no, I planned to go on a walk, but a neighbor delayed me. It was dark when I got home. A huge raccoon was on my back porch, calmly eating the cat food for my two wild cats. The raccoon freaked me out so much I didn't feel like a night walk with a flashlight.2 -

Pass day for me. The knee has been really bothering me so no exercise and then two well meaning friends separately called over with cake to cheer me up. Aside from that I ate well...but two cakes...not great. Here comes the weekend, I’ve seen the physio and got some new exercises for my knee and he has suggested I do Pilates on my bed (as the poxy knee means getting up off the floor is soooo hard right now) so will definitely be logging some exercise soon! Happy weekend all.4

I have been skim-reading, but not doing actual check-ins for a while. I was already past 4 passes when that began, so I was already out of the WC.
I usually advise others in similar circumstances (4+ pass days) to think of themselves as "in training for next month. (continue all logging and reporting to reinforce the positive habits and strengthen the neuro-pathways that will eventually turn them into "default setting" you instinctively return to after any "out-of-the-norm" (good as well as bad) day or event.
Saturday begins my "show-up for traning camp" daily check-ins.3 -

Birthday cake and beer blew my calories today but it’s only once a year my daughters boyfriend’s bday but I did do over 1 1/2 hrs of cleaning the garden and helped cleaned the wood stove chimney guess that deserved the beer there tomorrow a pass day today I think I am out this month of pass days1
