You know, I needed that. I felt like this week had been bad, but the number are looking good.1 -

Better week and back to my daily walking routine. I wanted to crack that 200 barrier before next month, but looks like i'm not going to make it.2 -

My highest recorded weight was: 164.4lbs
My lowest recorded weight was: 151.0lbs (new!)
My goal weight for 1/1/2021 is 145lbs (also a healthy BMI for me).
My week was not the best, as I binged 3 days, after going to the apple orchard and getting doughnuts and kettlecorn. So, I gained and then had to re-lose it. I've been back on track with eating since then, but haven't started back on running. My sinus infection is still causing a small cough, but I'm sure I could go walking even if I didn't run. I just need to start that habit back to. Was hoping to be at 150 or less by Oct 1st, but I'm not quite there. Maybe I'll be there by next week! It's my new goal!!!
