Whew.... sorry for TMI, but need to get this off my chest anonymously (as in, I never see you guys in person so nobody will freak out or fuss near me).Today I left the office to take a nap after lunch because I was hit by a huge wave of nausea and exhaustion. I've been feeling nauseous on and off for the last week. Aunt Flo hasn't arrived for her scheduled visit. I'm hoping Flo would either show up in the next couple of days or skip town for the next nine months. I'm going to a wedding on Saturday so I have to take a test if Flo hasn't shown up by then to know if I have to skip wine, but I decided to wait until Friday to do it. It's only been two months since I stopped taking the Pill, so Flo might just be confused about her schedule and I don't want to mess with my feelings by taking a test too soon.
Getting a positive pregnancy test now would be very good timing: with the pandemic cancelling most social events and working from home being recommended, keeping it secret in the beginning would be fairly easy. First ultrasound would be done just before husband's 30th birthday (so we wouldn't have to hide it if having a party was possible considering covid) and the bump wouldn't be too big yet to make moving to the new apartment in December difficult. It would also be safe to share the news before Christmas, so it could be taken into consideration in menu planning - our traditional Christmas menu is mostly different forms of raw fish and it would be impossible to wiggle out of feasting on that without everyone noticing. To top it off, the due date would be in June so likely before heat waves making things too uncomfortable.
Yeah, I'd be pretty excited if this was really happening. I'm still pretty sure it isn't and Flo has just lost her calendar. Still freaking out a little here.7 -

@Beka3695 I'm yes number 4! My steps are not consistent enough at present so the challenge here will help me to never opt out of getting my 10k2

I didn't log or log accurately the last few days. I also have a spreadsheet that I use (Data Nerd here!!!) and I let it go, too. I have entered an estimate for the weekend and I'm happy to have it up and running again.
Last week, I felt a little self sabotage slipping in. Nipping this in the bud NOW! I am not ready to be off this wagon! I am tightening the reigns again and I am, as of today, back on track!
DO NOT SAVE A SEAT FOR ME ON THE STRUGGLE BUS!!!

I’m not sure what the step challenge is but it sounds like something I’d vote yes to.0

You will compete against other teammates for number of steps.
If competing is not for you, just use it as accountability.
I will ask that we all report steps for the week on Sundays... just trying to consolidate my F2F work 😊

Ok so we need to keep track of our steps Sunday- Saturday and then post on Sunday?
I’m in.0 -
My husband made an awesome suggestion today. I recently lost 150 calories a day when I remembered to update mfp... 😔
I tried walking by work but I work in management in a warehouse and there are 18 wheelers all over and it’s unpleasant.
My hubs reminded me that there is an actual local park 5 min from work that I can drive to! Lunch walks are back on!!!6 -

This months goal... hit the 240s and stay there or go further.
No progress right now. I am surprised I survived my twins 4th birthday at all.. it was a busy weekend with party then pumpkin patch..
Plan to get in the groove... first log food everyday!! Then check in with you guys everyday.. I have to do that cause when you log you lose... don’t know why that works out but it does..
Also, Step challenge!!! I’m in!!5 -
Just returned from a 5 day trip down the Monterey coast of California.
Jealous, one of the most beautiful spots on earth! Welcome to the team. I'm also in California, I live in SF. The wildfire smoke has been so horrible this season. I hope you are in a safe area and not at risk of the fires.

Hopefully things are improving in CA? The air was apparently so toxic that I might have tried to date it 😊2 -

Hopefully things are getting better there! A couple of weeks ago the smoke and fumes travelled all the way to Finland, and were apparently noticeable enough for the weather forecast and news outlets to comment on it and note that it isn't dangerous.1 -

This week. No worries if your steps are low - this is an acclimation week.0 -
Where do I find the spreadsheet? And do we update it daily or just for the week?0

Post your weekly steps her on Sunday. You can take a screenshot from your Fitbit app if you would like. I/we will post the steps on the spreadsheet. The link is found on the homepage. I can’t copy from my phone.
We will post a team total and top 3 on Monday or after everyone has reported.

Rubbish weather, took the hillier route, camel pack wasn't working so had to faff with bottles, putting the waterproof on, taking it off again - still smashed my HM PB by 7 minutes. Happy bunny 🐰1
