Iโm having access problems with MFP.
Here is one sight that I had never seen before in Yellowstone Park. This grizzly bear was just casually walking alongside the Yellowstone Park interior roadway.
It was best to be inside the car while he was hiking along outside27 -

Great picture. It's my thought nature had adapted to less human traffic over the past 6 months. We have had a small group of foxes in the neighborhood which is something I haven't seen in at least 15 years or so. We haven't seen any them as frequently as things have started to open up.12 -
@RangerRickL and @SuziQ113 with the COVID and less people around, it looks like the animals are getting bolder and moving more around.6

Oooh, we donโt have bears here. Definitely something I want to see live (Iโm happy with safety through a car window) one day.
Good day even though it didnโt go as planned. Morning yoga and evening beach walk after my planned hike was cancelled. Ate well and ended way under calories.12 -

I saw a black bear on an east coast trail once from a distance while part of a group but I was honestly more scared of the creepy crawling worms in the wet mud than the bear ๐
But a grisly bear sounds very scary!11 -

Exercise: I started with hill sprints, I forgot to time them, so I would like to say 3 hours, because that is what it felt like....but it was probably 7-10 min. Lol. Then, 55 min HIIT challenge. I ended with 18 min of yin yoga. My muscles have that lovely jell-o feeling now. My calories ended up way under again today, Probably because I was too sore to walk to the kitchen or lift food to my mouth.

The last time my family went to Yosemite..years ago..there were people near a river and a bear came by๐ป..the stupid people..i think kids threw rocks at the bear. Made me mad!๐ก๐ My dad said let's go time to get in the car. We left shortly after. Didn't see what happened.. i didn't even get a chance to take a picture..but I secretly I hoped that the bear ate them..lol sorry bad joke..I love the animals especially๐ป๐ป๐ป๐ป๐ป๐ป๐ป๐ป๐ป๐ป๐ป๐ป10 -

I have used 2/3 passes this month...and we are on day 6. Hoping to keep my focus until end of month.
Friends - I started out this morning singing a praise him to wake up...accusing the alarm clock of hatred and not happy about my stupid idea to workout in the morning...and by end of walk...had a whole new attitude. I noticed though that I only slept 4 hrs... uh...noooo - going to fix that tonight. Oh - good news on the doc front - have a specialist appt tomorrow. Excited to get answers... if you happen to be prayerful... I would appreciate prayers for correct diagnosis and hoping and praying for something treatable. Today was the day I went to Walmart to get a watermelon for me and my funny little boy. That huge box that watermelons come in only had three or so in the bottom of it. I grabbed one even though it looked kind of anemic.
Me and Buddy ate a lot of watermelons this summer. I bet we ate 50 watermelons.
He is a funny little guy. I can't get him to drink water.
Don't know why I want him to but I want him to.
I fail.
But I can get him to eat watermelon. That counts for some hydration points.
Little guy ain't so little anymore. Here is me thinking about how I can cajole him to drink water.
What that has to do with tracking or exercise I don't know.7
