Tracked everything, prelogging a snack too. Got a really hard workout during an hour of singles tennis against a player who hits really hard. If I played against her more often I would loose ALL the pounds, sheesh!6 -

Shout out to @juliemouse83 for accountability no matter what. She may resort to messages in a bottle but for now, thanks for helping her out @dsgoingtodoit. Impressive teamwork all around 🙌🏿 And prayer warrior I am not, but I got you.
I underate by a lot today which is silly considering the amount of exercise. I saved the KB workout for the evening and I'm doing IF so that's just poor planning on my part. Will do better moving forward.7 -
@RangerRickL awesome photo, thanks for sharing it here. Yep, staying inside the car was a good idea. I agree with @SuziQ113 -- with so many people staying home due to the coronavirus, wildlife has had a chance to relax and come out more into the open.
@juliemouse83 so sorry you can't access the site
@oldDogBiking
Another good little story. Glad to see there are more watermelon fans around. Watermelon has to be my favorite food.

Yes x3 -- the usual stuff at my workplace, many hours of walking and disinfecting public areas due to the virus, plus carrying some heavy boxes of supplies for upper body exercise (which I don't have to do).
I also tricked myself -- mmwahaha (evil laugh) -- and left my bank cards at home, so I would have to stick to the meal and snacks I packed and lay off the food at Panera, where I run for coffee almost every day at work.5 -

Exercise: I started with hill sprints, I forgot to time them, so I would like to say 3 hours, because that is what it felt like....but it was probably 7-10 min. Lol. Then, 55 min HIIT challenge. I ended with 18 min of yin yoga. My muscles have that lovely jell-o feeling now. My calories ended up way under again today, Probably because I was too sore to walk to the kitchen or lift food to my mouth.
I had to share this with my housemate. We had a good laugh although agreed that with us it would probably have been 7-10 seconds, not minutes! Our coach loves hill sprints.4 -

No exercise yesterday. Had a gym workout planned but after getting my pre-op covid test they told me I have to be on quarantine until surgery, so the gym has ended and will not be able to restart until at least 30 days after surgery. So no winner's circle for me this month. However I will do my best to stay on track with the food and posting and see what exercise I can do.6

I have used 2/3 passes this month...and we are on day 6. Hoping to keep my focus until end of month.
Friends - I started out this morning singing a praise him to wake up...accusing the alarm clock of hatred and not happy about my stupid idea to workout in the morning...and by end of walk...had a whole new attitude. I noticed though that I only slept 4 hrs... uh...noooo - going to fix that tonight. Oh - good news on the doc front - have a specialist appt tomorrow. Excited to get answers... if you happen to be prayerful... I would appreciate prayers for correct diagnosis and hoping and praying for something treatable. If you need prayer or more friends on here - send me a message!
I pray that God give wisdom to the doctor to correctly diagnose the issue and also correctly prescribe the right treatment.

@RangerRickL Wow - wow. They used to do that back in the ‘60’s - 70’s although not sure they were Grizzlies. All I remember is thinking I was smarter than some of those parents trying to take pics of it with their kids. I was in the vehicle window completely rolled up, saying over & over again, “Folks, that is NOT Smokey the Bear!”
Same Thing alligators & Everglades * smacks my head*3 -

@KCJen We have a new way to get positive recognition. In addition to the Winner's Circle, there is a recognition for those who stay dedicated to posting throughout the month. It's called the Ultimate Accountability Champions.
You could be in that group. Stick with us and keep posting.

@KCJen Take a look at the October 1, UAC opening discussion page and you will see what I mean.
Everyone seemed very enthusiastic about the concept.
