Oh, I wish my internal alarm clock did not work so well. Up before the sunrise, but did get an additional 45 minutes of sleep this morning!

Even without an alarm I am an early riser especially as we are heading into summer. Staying in bed beyond 6am is rare for me.
Definitely hit all the goals today although I’m probably too low on calories. Just got home from a friend (she was teaching me macrame) and I’m not hungry so skipped supper. I would have been under with that food, without it I am below 1000 calories. It’s rare for me to be this low so I’m not concerned. Did 80 minutes of yoga with my housemate this morning and closed all my Apple rings again even though it was a relaxed day otherwise.9 -
1st successful day all done. Tracked. Under calorie goal and my fitbit has logged 25 active minutes. Ive also drank 3ltr of water (i dont drink anything else if thats sounds alot?). I feel so much better when Im hydrated. Hope everyone else has had a good day!10

No alarm clock here today, just the dogs as usual but they gave me an 1/2 hr this morning nice. Walked at over a 3 mph hr pace played guitar and did some leg curls just made in in by 10 calories under 🎃8

Unfortunately not. I had to get up early to deliver my car for it's annual service. They tried to tell me it needed a new battery and wanted to charge £150 to fit one. I gave them short shrift. The only thing it needs is a good run out, as I haven't been using it much. I checked the battery place and they said £70-£80 for a new fitted battery (not that I actually need one!!!) What a liberty.
