Lots of rain so cleaning is all I can do today but did enough to get through the day. Got rid of my treadmill when we moved in December.. thinking I wouldn't need it because the gym is so close....who would have imagined not being able to go b/c of a pandemic😒.
Not complaining....just the irony of it all.7 -

1st successful day all done. Tracked. Under calorie goal and my fitbit has logged 25 active minutes. Ive also drank 3ltr of water (i dont drink anything else if thats sounds alot?). I feel so much better when Im hydrated. Hope everyone else has had a good day!
Your kidneys will thank you for the good hydration! I average between 3-4 litres a day of water. But I’m very active between work and martial arts and I have to look after my solo kidney (my other one now lives in my friend because both of his are useless.)7 -

I wrote a post here last night but it seems to have disappeared so I guess I'll do another one! Yesterday ended up being my third pass day - I tracked everything and got a good amount of exercise in, but my calories were over by quite a bit. This was down to having dinner at a friend's house, with lots of food and wine. Although it's annoying to have used up all my pass days so early again I don't feel particularly bad about yesterday; it was a great dinner with really good friends, and my daily average for the week is still way below my calorie goal.

Week-ends are usually "inadvertent Intermittent Fasting" days for me .. harder to get enough calories in in a healthy way because I always stay in bed late, so have fewer meals across the day
