    Easy day walking and active stretching. I'm a bit fatigued after my 3 hours with the horse on Thursday.

    Had the day off from my job. I planned to work on my house, but ended up too exhausted, so I rested all day (other than grocery shopping and another errand where I walked around, but I'm not counting that).
