It will be another "intermittent IF day" for me again .... Holdiday Monday with the bigger dinner(s) behind me. In Canada, Thanksgiving is the second Monday of the month. SO my birthday is always either on or near the Thanksgiving long weekend.
No more family or statutory event-days for me this month - so no additional planned-Pass events that I am currently aware of. Now to settle in to consolidating back-to-better-routines habits, to be solidly in the winner's circle / UA Champions List.
(so far, 1 unplanned pass (no exercise) and 1 Planned Pass (birthday dinner) used. Noon is tooo early to call how today will go, but based on past experience, it will go well)

Check check check. Mum and I made a remixed-version of fried rice. We made cauliflower fried rice with some protein (ground turkey) and lots of Caribbean spices as why not. Yoga and a short walk were delicious7

A great day for me. Got a nice submission on one of the boys, a white belt but a pretty experienced one. My housemate tried to get the same submission on me afterwards (it is her go to move) and I defended it well!
Ate reasonably expect for the samples of the baking I did (all logged). Promised my friends at work I’d bring treats tomorrow. All food logged and well under budget.
In addition to Jiu Jitsu I also walked to the shops and back this morning so exercise well over the requirement.7 -

Woo hoo 3rd day in a row all done! Tracked. Came under cals. And over 7000 steps gets me my exercise - given i normally avearge about 3000....pleased. best wishes to all.11

Found out today I am loosing my job in 3 weeks. I do remote learning with a family and the mom is loosing her job now. I really had to force myself to eat today. I can't eat when upset, but I needed the exercise to de-stress and relax. I just want to sleep and not think anymore today.15 -

I ate most of it which isn't so great of an idea.
Strong climb in 3rd gear. Was faster on one early segment But I have a feeling I won't be beating my times from last Friday in this lifetime.
Then again maybe I could put together a road bike that weighs half as much and run skinny tires. The idea seems faster than mountain bike. It is pretty smooth of blacktop for what I been doing past month or so.

No exercise today, but I ate well and stayed on track posting. I had planned to do another easy walk, but did not feel so good mid-day. However I did have some very strong cravings to give into a binge and over eat. I did not and am feeling better tonight. Rick is right there will be no do over, but tomorrow is another day and I look forward to doing better.
I do intend to keep posting here, I think it helps with my recovery and getting back on track.8 -

Did a 10k walk in a light rain this morning with my friend and her toddler and so ended the day with 16k steps. Ate lightly and ended up under by several hundred with exercise calories which is good considering I had two pass days last week.5
