I have given up on Ticker Factory. All I get is the image of my ticker, no way to edit it with update information. Lilly Slim only does html scripting which apparently MFP does not support.

I have not been able to find another fitness ticker, so I am at ticker factory manually remaking a new ticker each day. This will have to do until I can find another one that will work with bulletin boards.

I haven't posted my ticker in a very long time, but I'm going to see if my old link still works. I have not updated the ticker in months, maybe years. I might also try the Lily Slim ones too.

Edited after the fact: Okay, so the Ticker Factory one does not work, but both of the LilySlim ones do. Interesting...

I've always preferred the Lily Slim tickers because it uses an account that you log into and you can update it from any device or computer that you can log in with. Ticker Factory doesn't allow that....at least it never used to. Wherever you created the ticker, be it on your phone or laptop or desktop, *THAT* was the only device or computer you could ever update it from after creating it because it used/uses cookies to remember your ticker info. I also like the LilySlim graphics better, but I get it, it's a personal preference.
The one downside that I don't like about Lily Slim is that when you get to your goal, you can never go past it. Once you're at 100%, it won't allow you to exceed it so you have to bump up the goal number to add your extra miles. My little workaround was to enter my original goal in the title so a person could still see what I had done compared to my original intention. See my "Winter ticker" as an example in the previous post.

I will try Lily Slim cuz my Ticker Factory is not working but thats too bad about not being able to go past your goal! I rode 18 on ex bike & 2 miles on foot. Total is 50.5 miles.

May have set my monthly goal too low, but didn't know how I would respond to lifting weights. My body has responded by gaining some weight, but from what I read that is basically water weight and is a natural part of the process.1 -

@VHUBER (and an FYI to anyone else interested) - I edited your post to make your ticker display correctly. It didn't look like you were copy/pasting the correct link. The link you need to grab is on the "Forums" tab and then select the "PseudoHTML, UBB/BB Code" tab...and then copy the link there. Make sure you get both the starting bracket "[" and the ending bracket "]" in order for the link to work properly. Once you clip that, save it on your computer because that link never changes, even when you edit the numbers with your progress or change the title or goal. I'll attach a picture of the code you should clip & paste....
...and *really*, you only need to clip & paste from where it says 'img' with the [ ] square brackets around it to the forwardslash-img with square brackets around it. That's the actual picture of your ticker. The rest is only there to make it so that if someone clicks on the ticker, it takes them to the LilySlim webpage in a browser.
