My NSV:
My B/P reading was 125/85, not bad for a 70 year old.
I rode horses for over 4 hours last weekend.
Walking, or should I say "crunching' through the leaves in the woods was so delightful!
Life is good!
What about you?15 -
NSV
Iβve created every day since Sept 1
Iβve reflected on my art & art process every day since Sept 1
Iβve done mindfulness/guided meditations every day since at least Oct 1.
I am learning a lot about myself, seeing connections between the guided meditations & what I wish for my art, and am so happy that I am becoming more confident in calling myself an artist.11 -
Guess I'll post twice today. My NSVs since starting UAC this month?
* Getting a stronger core thanks to listening to my Gyrotonic instructor as well as stretching more often
* Losing 0.5" off my waist measurements
* Figuring out why I procrastinate and now take action... sooner π
* Aiming to beat my monthly "Heart Points" record on Google Fit (current record: MAY2020 with 2,224 points)10 -

My nsv is being back training Jiu Jitsu properly after my time off due to injury and surgery and complications (which was extended by lockdown). Yesterday I rolled with a tough partner who I was cautious about as Iβve never rolled with him and some of the guys are rough. He was great in how he rolled with me but that doesnβt mean he made it easy for me. I was talking to coach about it afterwards and he told me that he is very proud of how I have come back and how Iβm currently training, for taking on challenges like rolling with that guy etc. Iβm not back at full fitness and strength yet, but so much improved and my whole life is better for that. Perfect example was this morning. My rehab session was cancelled last minute so instead of staying in bed later I went down to work early and ran down to the ocean for a swim. I just missed the dolphins who were there when I arrived but had swum on by the time I got out. Then back to work for a busy day before heading to Jiu Jitsu class again this evening. So grateful for the opportunities I have in my life.
My eating was good today as well with everything logged and under budget.9 -
Today made me realize how losing a pass due to overeating lookes like. π€¦ββοΈ So yesterday I had NOT meant a pass!
Focusing on the bright side, I did a power π₯ HasFit HIIT workout with weight.
2 passes left...9 -
3xyes again today but dont really like the type of food im eating (just not healthy) or they way i am eating (bit chaotic). And i dont have any nsv s to share - oh dear moan moan my apologies! Need to ....(thinking)...slow down get simpler and prioritse my health. See you tommorow.8

Yesterday was a pass (hibernation eating) but today is yes X 3. I did some shopping last night so I could make myself some vegan dumpling and veggie soup for lunch today, which was yum π Good alternative to smoothies for the winter, and I can prep a lot in advance.
NSV - I'm struggling with this, because I feel like I keep gaining and losing the same weight and habits over and over and it's frustrating. I guess still being here and posting after one and a half months is a victory though!6 -
Oh, actually one NSV - I haven't had any binge days yet this month! One of my goals for October was to have fewer of those than last month and on that, at least, I'm on track π10

3x yes today. 1/3 passes
I have some big nsvs. I went for a walk about an hour today. Yesterday I walked for about 4. 6 weeks ago I couldn't walk 5 minutes because I had zero energy and had really bad fibro. Every day is a battle but its great to be battling with friends:)9 -
NSV - both physical and mental health wise, I feel much better when I am at a healthy weight, eating well and moving. After almost 16 months of being out of remission,I feel like I am starting to head back there which hopefully means I can go from getting infusions every 4 weeks to maybe 5, then 6, all the way to a maintenance and much lower dose every 8 weeks and maybe even stop or at least reduce the other meds. If not, I feel so much better right here right now. So win-win!

- I have settled into a long term exercise pattern.
- Not too far from my goal weight, but that last little bit is kind of slow going. Well maybe I shouldn't be using that in the same sentence as victory.5 -
