    4.2 lb GAIN......NOT a good trend, eating some junk, but also hitting the snacks and nighttime stuff.........have to get back on the discipline trail.....

    Total weight loss: -43.4 lbs!

    Since 1/1/2020:
    My highest recorded weight was: 164.4lbs
    My lowest recorded weight was: 150.6 lbs (new!)
    My goal weight for 1/1/2021 is 145lbs (also a healthy BMI for me).

    I've started incorporating morning walks this week and it seems to be helping me get into better exercise habits. I am glad the scale agrees, too!
