    It might have been maintenance, but calories were over for the week. Weight came down, but was probably catching up from previously. Back on the deficit this week.

    Stressful week at work, but hope to do better this week. Picked up a kettlbell for some quick exercises and will try a walk tomorrow to test the knee again.

    A little slow-down this week (probably due to some added medication), but I'll live with it!
