I had lost all the baby weight...now I am up 4 lbs. 10 months post-partum1 -

Not making much progress. I've decided to restrict eating further in spite of nursing and combo feed baby with some formula because I'm sick and tired of feeling like nothing fits and I'm stuck. Not heading back to gym during pandemic, but finally set up a home gym space to get into a routine.0 -

@KellyBgetsfit sorry for a very late reply! Yeah once she was weaned i didnt have to worry about my supply. So i got off donperidone (which really increases hunger), lost like 5lb of boob juice, and then cut calories to about 1600 a day (5'6"). I took a maintenance break from July to October though. So i dropped about 10 from... may to early july... then held steady now im back trying to get the last 10 off, ive got about 2 more off this month.0

Haven't been logging or tracking until 2 days ago. Finally feeling a bit more ready to work on this. Helped when I texted a friend my goal and decided to just do this slowly.
So my plan is to eat 1900-2200 a day, whatever works that day. I think I maintain around 2300.2 -

Nothing like realizing that I might be ttc again soon and I'd like to get back to my pre-pregnancy weight if I can before then. I've actually done better this last week with logging and I feel motivated finally. Adjusted my goal to something realistic. 135 would be great but I might not make it. Under 140 would be ideal!!
Feeling a bit *yick* about having only list effectively 5 lb in 8 months lol but I guess I could still be regaining the weight like I was there for a bit.

That's pretty cool! Not entirely unexpected. I was 143lb before ttc for these babies though so I may have been 153lb when I became pregnant but those 10lb weren't particularly necessary lol. Hoping I'll lose a little more in fluids and such over the next week without trying to give myself a head start.1 -

Been hovering around this weight now for over a week so I'm assuming that's it until I start really calorie counting in 3-5 weeks. I, for once, am looking forward to exercising. I missed being able to move while I was pregnant this time. I was just too uncomfortable.0 -
I didn't weight-in Wk34 as I was in hospital from vomiting/dehydration but stayed and had early delivery from preeclampsia/HELLP.
3 days before Wk34 I had already lost a few lbs from the ER checkin scale, and in hospital I was on liquid only diet as well and even now my stomach still is easily sour so my weight loss has been quick.

@VeryKatie I know how you feel. Mine will be 6 weeks soon. Granted we're packing up Preemie in another week. We're almost 7lbs!
I've been very inconsistent in both tracking and quality of food. Although with the warmer weather we've been walking together the last couple days which has been nice to get some fresh air. I lost a lot of strength, l have come to realize from the walks. Will have to slowly build that back.2 -

Looks like I've started to leveled off. However I'm starting back up (like with my last two) a dairy/soy free diet to help with her protein sensitivity issues. This may or may not increase the drop, or stall me out more. My nursing cravings are starting in recently too as my stomach feels almost back to normal. I'm going to try to start logging consistently to help keep up a slow and stay loss.1
