My highest recorded weight was: 164.4lbs
My lowest recorded weight was: 150.6 lbs (new!)
My goal weight for 1/1/2021 is 145lbs (also a healthy BMI for me).
So, a few stressful weeks caused me to get off track, but thanks to a great check in from @tinkerbellang83 I'm dealing with the stress healthier. This is actually a loss of weight from earlier this week... So grateful for this group!2
