Karen, I did consider that it could be muscle but I’m frustrated nevertheless so I think it’s time to switch it up a little. Of course, I’m going to continue to walk as much as possible but in the evenings I. Going to add strength training YouTube videos. My change for November.
Paula thanks for the reminder. I will never give up and I’m so proud of you being in the 170s. I can’t wait to get there again. I was in the low 170s when I retired in May 2019. I’m chasing you lady!
Chris glad you tossed the peppermint.I've been snacking way too much. My parents keep snacks in the house and my resistance has been way low. But I have a goal to get to the 180s next weigh-in and still be there November 1st. Must leave those 190s behind.
Shelley I have to say my new roomies love their new home. I hear my Mom on the phone all the time telling her sisters how comfortable they are and they wish they had come sooner. My dad goes to the park almost every day and walks 2 miles. My mom goes every other day. Not bad for 85 and 84. I’m happy they are happy.

Kathy have them keep their snacks in their room. Like when you were a child and they had to hide the cookies! LOL I love that they can go walking. My moms ankle keeps her from doing so. Darn thing is messed up beyond surgery fixes even. I wish my mom was living with me. So happy for you all.0

This month has been a tough one...will weigh on Saturday to see where I land....0

Highest weight ever, not sure, somewhere just under 180
Today 150 ish.
But I have got lots done. I have two of my DIY algae scrubbers online. They are working. Algae is already starting to die back in the coral tank. So happy about that. I did buy a mold for a large curved bench online. Came with 2 molds for the legs also. Can't wait to make some for the mountain property.
Happy Halloween. My favorite holiday. We had a lunch at work. I brought scary copcakes. LOL
