    Last day of the month and also last weigh-in. I am at maintenance so it feels good to be able to stay at desired weight.

    You did it! You hang in there against all odds. I know that feeling. It's always why keep doing this when I have used so many pass days :(

    I was going to take a pass day today since I've only had two. I did my walk in the chilly air with hubby and doggie so I got my exercise in. When I added up my calories they were under...quiet a suprise since I snacked more today. However I skipped lunch and ate an early dinner so guessing that kept me under. Not the best of choices but still under so only 2 passes for me this month.

    Was gonna make Saturday a major pass day, but I just didn't want to eat a bunch of sweets. Slightly feeling overtired and rundown the last two days, I know sugar works against my immune system in that situation. Sooooo, I might have slightly gone over in calories but I don't think so. Either way I had one pass day left so I'm good!

    Took my 2nd pass day because "Why not?"

    My planks were to be 10 reps of 30 seconds. Instead, I managed 5 reps of 1 min each. Never mind that it was done in the space of almost 20 min lol I'm taking this as a mini victory. And, therefore, my pass day. The logic follows 😭
