    Calories: under
    Exercise: Yes, indoor cycle 60 minutes - doing heart rate training and was able to keep heart rate between 118-125 bpm and it was a good workout. Who knew I was overtraining for so many decades?

    A pass day - 5th of the month - but getting my head on straight for tomorrow.
    Excuses, excuses - lol: It was very cold here (for us...30 at 6 and raining - and I was napping when I would normally exercise and walk this evening) and I was running a slight temp- but doing better now) so I didn't exercise. I'm slightly over on calories...but way below TDEE - so should be ok. BTW - if you want a free tip on how to have Halloween candy around and not be tempted...buy the zombie skittles...
