Need to focus on the nutrition quality of my calories, slacking off there.7 -
I forgot to add that my favorite summer activity is walking outside in nature. I live out in the country and next to an arboretum (think tree farm) with paths and ponds and plenty of benches to sit on. I don't like the summer heat, so I will usually try to walk very early in the morning, or very late in the evening. In the hottest part of the summer, I end up not walking outside much at all, so my new treadmill will come in very handy for THOSE days! Lol.6

Yes, I exercised my 20 min. Moved two loads of firewood to our basement. I went over my calorie limit. Better tomorrow. I did track what I ate.6

I did work out, but I was not feeling a typical structured workout today. I let my teenage kids be my coach and we did all the exercises they make them do at school. It was fun and funny. I barely stayed under my calorie goal, but I've kept track of everything.5
