    Favorite summer activity: walking in nature. I live next to a national park with woods and fields of wild grasses, where I like to do walking meditations.

    November 4: yes x3 Too much food, but still squeaked under calories for the day.

    Then I got on my new treadmill and RAN! Yes, well, I did w2d1 of the c25k program! I was so excited to be running! Even if it was only 1 minute at a time!

    We're at about the same point with C25k - I'm doing w2 d3 tomorrow! How are you liking the programme?

    I did work out, but I was not feeling a typical structured workout today. I let my teenage kids be my coach and we did all the exercises they make them do at school. It was fun and funny. I barely stayed under my calorie goal, but I've kept track of everything.

    Good for you! Never underestimate the energy required to physically keep up with most teenagers. Sounds like you had a great bonding moment too: WIN-WIN

    Love to hike! We get out whenever we can. I got hiking sticks for Christmas last year but recently most of our hikes have been pretty mild.
