Well I blasted up to 195 lbs YIKES and chickened out and did not report the NOV 2 week.
Back on track in the right direction, a 3.3 lb loss, probably just food overload and water weight.......we will see.

My goal weight for 1/1/2021 is 145lbs (also a healthy BMI for me).
For a crazy week, I'll take this! Planning ahead has been my secret weapon this week, and sticking to the plan is also important.1
